Born out of frustration with outdated HR tools

Ameer Nadir & Co was founded in 2018 by a team of ex-HR consultants and software engineers who spent years watching Pakistani businesses struggle with manual payroll, Excel attendance sheets, and compliance headaches.

We built the platform we always wished existed — one that truly understands EOBI calculations, Pakistan's Income Tax ordinance, multi-city operations, and the human complexity of managing people across different wage structures.

Frequently Asked Questions

How do I process payroll for the first time? +

Go to Payroll → Run Payroll → select the pay period. ANCO auto-calculates salary, allowances, EOBI, income tax, and net pay. Review, adjust if needed, then click "Approve & Process". Bank files for MCB, HBL, UBL are generated instantly.

How does EOBI integration work? +

ANCO automatically calculates EOBI contributions at current government rates (Employee: 1%, Employer: 5% of minimum wage). Monthly contribution reports are generated in EOBI-prescribed format and can be submitted via the portal integration.

Can I import existing employee data? +

Yes. Use our Excel bulk import template (Employees → Import → Download Template). Fill in the required fields, upload, and ANCO validates and flags any errors. Our onboarding team can also do this for you at no charge.

Does ANCO work with biometric devices? +

Yes. ANCO integrates with ZKTeco, Hikvision, Virdi, and most ZK-protocol devices. Setup takes under 30 minutes. Attendance data syncs every 15 minutes and flags late arrivals, early departures, and overtime automatically.

Is my data safe and backed up? +

All data is encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.3). We maintain 99.9% uptime with automatic daily backups retained for 90 days. Servers are hosted in Pakistan with a DR environment in a separate data centre.

Can I try ANCO before purchasing? +

Absolutely. Our 14-day free trial gives full access to the Professional plan with no credit card required. Add real employees, run a test payroll, and explore every module. If you need more time, just contact our team.

What support options are available? +

All plans include email support. Professional and Enterprise plans add live chat, WhatsApp support, and a dedicated Customer Success Manager. Enterprise clients also get a dedicated onboarding specialist and quarterly business reviews.
